Conference Registration Fees

Registration will be handled through Peatix. Please note that we cannot accept registration payments by cash or cheque on-site. However, you can make them through the secure portal.

All Attendance Registrations include access to the conference sessions, conference materials, daily coffee breaks, and conference receptions.
Each accepted paper, demo or poster in the main conference requires at least one author registration. The author registration fee covers open-access publication of the papers and abstracts on the Eurographics Digital Library.
In order for the paper to be published, at least one of the authors of each accepted paper/poster/demo must present their work at the scheduled session (including online presentation for paper).

Cancelation / Substitution

In order to be reimbursed, all cancellations must be notified by e-mail to the conference organizers before November 15th, 2024. If you are unable to attend the conference, you can request the transfer of your registration to another participant by notifying the conference organizers before the conference.
