Full Papers [CLOSED]

The authors should submit papers through the electronic submission system no later than 23:59 (UTC) on July 11, 2005. Please be informed that the authors of accepted papers (at least the presenters of accepted papers) should register for the conference by the early registration deadline to have their papers included in the conference program and proceedings.

Short Papers [CLOSED]

Short papers: authors should email camera-ready two-page (2-page) manuscripts, in PDF format, and in English, to papers@icat2005.org no later than 23: 59 (UTC) on September 11, 2005. Manuscripts longer than two pages, or not camera ready, will be rejected. See "How to prepare" below.

Videos/movies are welcome, but please use a common Quicktime or AVI CODEC. If reviewers cannot play your movie it will not be used for the review.

Also, please be informed that the authors of accepted papers (at least the presenters of accepted papers) should register for the conference by the early registration deadline to have their papers included in the conference program and proceedings.

Posters [CLOSED]

Posters: authors should email camera-ready one-page (1-page) poster abstracts, in PDF format, and in English, to posters@icat2005.org no later than 23:59 (UTC) on September 11, 2005. Abstracts longer than one page, or not camera ready, will be rejected. See "How to prepare" below.

Also, please be informed that the authors of accepted posters (at least the presenters of accepted posters) should register to the conference by the deadline of early registration to have their poster abstract included in the conference program and proceedings.

How to prepare

The authors who wish to submit a full or short paper, or a poster abstract, should prepare a camera-ready PDF document, in English. Do not include page numbers. Please refer to the sample manuscripts below for the camera ready format.

To LaTeX users: please download the updated package (Aug. 15) to make sure that the ICAT 2005 logo appears only at the first page.

Email file submission considerations

There is a 5 MB file size limitation on email submissions (short papers and poster abstract). If your matrial (manuscript, abstract, and/or video) is for some reason greater than 5 MB, please send it in pieces if possible, or make it available on an HTTP or FTP server, and send a URL. If you are having trouble, send email without the attachments, describing the trouble.

You should "carbon-copy" (cc) yourself when you send the submission, so that you have some proof of an attempt to submit on time. For further information please contact:
