ICAT 2008

The authors should submit papers through the electronic submission system.

Contribution format

The authors should prepare a PDF document written in English. Please refer to the following sample manuscripts.

• LaTeX template : template LaTeX.zip
• Microsoft Word template : icat08_for_review.doc

The paper length should be up to 8 pages for full papers and up to 4 pages for posters.

In the LaTeX template, please check the \icatfinalcopy line is commented for your submited paper. This line should be uncommented for the camera ready version.

Camera ready paper instructions

The authors should upload their PDF document on the submission system. The paper lenght should be up to 8 pages for full papers (oral presentation) and up to 4 pages for posters. The sample manuscripts used for the paper submission should be changed as follows :

• LaTeX template : uncomment the \icatfinalcopy line. (i.e. change %\icatfinalcopy to \icatfinalcopy )
• Microsoft Word template : download the icat08_final.doc

In both cases, make sure your name and affiliation appear correctly. Please also make sure that the font of your paper are embedded into the PDF file.

Submission

All materials will be submitted electronically through this link.

If you already have an account with that system (because you have been asked to be a reviewer), please use that account to submit materials. Otherwise, create a new account.

Authors may include supplementary materials (such as a video) with the submission, and such materials are highly encouraged if they provide evidence of the claimed contribution. The total size of all submitted materials (including the PDF doucment) must be under 50MB. If you include a video, also include a text file describing what codec you used to create the video.

Presentation

• Each oral presentation will be 20 minutes, including discussion.
• A poster panel (W910 x H1820 mm) will be provided for each poster presentation.
