Paper Format

The authors should submit camera-ready papers to the secretariat no later than October 2, 2004 on-line.
Please be informed that the authors of accepted papers (at least the presenters of accepted papers) should register to the conference by the deadline of early registration to have their papers included in the conference program and proceedings.

** Special Note : Papers of highest quality will be selected for publication in the IEICE Special Section of IEICE Transactions on Information and Systems.

   Authors can get the confirmation message shortly after the submission on-line.

*** Recommendable Paper Length
   - Oral : 6 or 8 pages (even page)
    - Poster : 4 pages

■ Papers must be written in English and all the submissions will be done electronically at
   the ICAT 2004 website ( Paper Submission >> On-line Submission ) or if you have any
   problem, please send an e-mail to judy@icat2004.org
